It’s a perfect car seat. The recline is so needed for those times they fall asleep still to stop heads coming forward and you easily reach to recline from the front seats. We’ve just bought our second one for our 3yr old so had the first one a few years and it’s lasting fine. No comfort complaints from the kids. If I was to be picky, they could find a way to attach the crouch pad better as you can nearly loose it when getting them in and out so have to keep an eye on it as it slips off easy. Maybe just some gel/rubber one side to stop the slide. It’s fine once harness clipped in. The harness is easy to adjust too unlike some other seats I’ve had.
